Custom Branding

Custom Branding for Applications

Steps to Set up Custom Branding

The branding has to be set up individually for each application. The steps below are for the Cases Application. Repeat the same steps for each application.

  1. Access the instance’s application server
  2. Navigate to Application folder: Local Disk (C:)>inetpub>wwwroot
  3. Click on Case folder
  4. Click on the BrandingImages folder
  5. Before making any changes, we want to make a copy of the original files in case we need to restore the original branding. Make a copy of the footer, header, StemmonsCentral, and StemmonsCentralWhite file and paste it in a separate folder in the BrandingImages folder

  6. To Change the Logo for the Web version: make sure that the new logo file is transparent with white text. Logo size should be 255x58.

    1. Name the new logo file “StemmonsCentralWhite” – the reason we are naming the new logo file with the same name as the old file is because the file name is referenced in CSS files and other files. To avoid having to make changes to these files every time branding is changed, it is easier to change the name of the new logo to match the file name that is already referenced in these files.
    2. Replace the old logo file with the new logo file in the BrandingImages folder

  7. To Change the Logo for the Mobile version: make sure that the new logo file is transparent with black text. Logo size should be 255x58.

    1. Name the new logo file “StemmonsCentral”
    2. Replace the old logo file with the new logo file in the BrandingImages folder

  8. The default color for the header is black. To change the color for the header area:
    1. Right click on the header file
    2. Click Edit. The file will open in paint
    3. Select the appropriate color using the “Edit Colors” button

    4. Select the color and click on OK
    5. Use the “Fill with color” Tool to color the header with the selected color.

    6. Save the file

  9. The default color for the footer is black. To change the color for the footer area:
  1. Right click on the footer file
  2. Click Edit. The file will open in paint
  3. Select the appropriate color using the “Edit Colors” button

  4. Select the color and click on OK
  5. Use the “Fill with color” Tool to color the header with the selected color.

  6. Save the file
